Thank you so much for all of your help with my 40th birthday trip to New York. It was amazing! It had every element that I was looking for and each portion of the trip was better than I expected.
You were right about the staff at the Plaza. They were incredibly helpful and attentive. They sent a lovely birthday cake up to my room when they heard that I was celebrating my birthday. One of the bellmen even brought camera batteries up to my room when he heard my youngest son complaining about his camera being dead. They really went out of their way to make our stay special. I especially appreciate all of your help with the shopping portion of my trip. You were so kind to listen to all of my concerns and to help calm my fears by arranging a phone visit with Kathleen (the personal shopper) prior to my trip. There is no way that I could have accomplished my goals without Kathleen,™s assistance and I certainly couldn,™t have found Kathleen on my own. She was very professional, helpful and knowledgeable.
You always seem to find the best guides and places to stay! It was difficult for me to plan a trip for myself instead of the whole family. Thank you for helping to make it so special!
I look forward to planning our next family adventure with you!!! The boys are excited too. The trouble, as usual for us, will be narrowing down the choices and deciding where and when to go.
I really do appreciate all of your help and your patience with me as it seems to take me forever to make final decisions. This last trip really was different because it was about me which made it more difficult. I have to say that I felt like a beautiful princess after the day with Kathleen. Tawney and I felt like Cinderella when we got back to the hotel after the Broadway show Memphis, just wishing that the clock wouldn,™t strike midnight. That was a day neither one of us wanted to end.
