I was writing to let you know that we have been working with Patricia Mullen for over 6 months now planning our honeymoon. She has been excellent and an absolute pleasure to work with. We mentioned to her that we would like an earlier flight if one opened up and she remembered this several months later and let us know when it became available. Also, I can email her anytime and she always responds within a very short amount of time (usually within 30 minutes).
