Thanks to you we had a most wonderful honeymoon in Kaua’i. Everything went well and was arranged as promised. The Grand Hyatt was a perfectly romantic setting. Immediately upon check in, Sadie at Reception upgraded us from the Mountain View room you’d reserved to a ground floor Oceanfront room in a secluded wing of the hotel. It was a nice touch since we’d thought we couldonly be upgraded one tier (to Garden View) which was part of the reason we had insisted on keeping the Mountain View reservation. We both enjoy the view of the misty mountains, but it’s hard to resist the ocean. We could hear the lull of the waves crashing all night long and step out onto the sand to watch the sunrise every morning. Our room was also next to the lawn where they do the luau so we saw all the action from backstage, which was fun. The hotel grounds are a breathtaking paradise, the restaurants are fabulous, and the spa is a luxurious treat – we went twice! (We managed to see most of the island as well in our Jeep rental, don’t worry!) All in all we can’t imagine a more beautiful honeymoon experience and we will certainly recommend your services to anyone needing a travel agent. Thanks again,
