We’re back! And still going through the 4000 plus pictures we took. Eventually we will post an online album and I’ll send you the link. Meanwhile, back to work. I highly recommend being away from everything for a month. It was great.
Thank you so much for the flowers (yes, they were really there!) in our room when we got to Cairo. There was a card with them signed by you and the travelwizards, hehe! And the camel ride was awesome-we have some great pics of that.
You did a fabulous job of selecting the properties. All exceeded our expectations. Lewa Downs was our favorite safari location. So we have some great pics-just like National Geographic! And we really loved Africa-now we understand why people go back every year and even move there. Egypt was fascinating-especially during Ramadan-but that’s a “do once” trip for us. All the meet and greets showed up (a good thing in some of those places!) and our guides were great. The guide at Naibor was very good (we saw the MOST AMAZING things there.
